Ethiopia wins 2 gold, finishes 5th overall at World Juniors

14 July 2008 – Ethiopia’s team of twenty athletes won a total of ten medals including two gold at the 12th edition of the IAAF World Junior Championships which ended in Bydgoszcz, Poland yesterday afternoon. Overall, the team placed 5th in the medals table, behind USA, Germany, Kenya and Russia with a tally of two gold, three silver and five bronze medals.
